NapsGear Overview: Store Facts Checked
A fact-checked summary of NapsGear: what the store sells, which brands are in stock, how ordering and shipping work, and the risks buyers report. We are not affiliated with NapsGear.
NapsGear at a Glance
NapsGear is an online store that sells anabolic steroids, peptides, growth hormone and other prescription-type products from third-party brands. It describes itself as "the largest marketplace for pharmaceuticals" and says it has been "in operation for almost 20 years." It does not manufacture anything: its FAQ says each brand ships from its own warehouse, which is why NapsGear orders often arrive as several packages.
NapsGear.review is an independent site that checks the store's claims against public records, forum threads and the store's own pages. This overview summarises what we found on 30 September 2026 and links to the detailed guides. To avoid advertising the store, we do not publish its full web address.

Brands and What Is in Stock
The Brands menu lists names such as Geneza Pharmaceuticals, Pharmaqo Labs, Beligas, Nakon Medical, Ultima Pharmaceuticals, Alpha-Pharma Healthcare and Crowx Labs, with Dragon Pharma under Asian shipping and peptides. On 30 September 2026 the only main steroid brand with orderable listings was Geneza, with 18 of 40 available, all injectables. Dragon Pharma had peptides and growth hormone in stock but none of its steroids.
That gap followed a difficult spring. In March 2026 a buyer reported bad Ultima testosterone bought on NapsGear, from a batch Ultima later said held no testosterone, and Domestic Supply acknowledged bad Beligas batches. Guides by brand: NapsGear steroids, Geneza on NapsGear, Dragon Pharma on NapsGear, Pharmaqo review, Beligas review, Nakon Medical and Ultima Pharmaceuticals.
Ordering, Payment and Shipping
An account on the NapsGear website is required to order, and support runs through a separate account on napshelp.com. The help desk lists bank wire (USA only), card payment, Venmo, Zelle, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero, USDT, Western Union and MoneyGram, all in USD; the FAQ gives a shorter list. We found no Bitcoin discount in 2026, despite claims of 10 to 20% elsewhere.
Payment pickup takes 3 to 4 business days and orders ship within 5 working days. Domestic US delivery is expected within 7 business days of shipment. The store does not ship to several European countries, including Germany, France and the Netherlands, and seized packages to high-risk countries such as Canada and Australia get no reship. Details: how to buy from NapsGear, NapsGear shipping and tracking, NapsGear login and NapsGear coupon codes.
Reputation and Risks
NapsGear's reputation has two sides. Thousands of buyers report delivered orders, and its Eroids score is high. At the same time, the store offers coupons of up to 40% for posting positive reviews, complaints about lost orders and slow support go back to 2011, and customer records were exposed in the 2015 breach. In February 2016 Moldovan security services seized 387 packages of Geneza products, which buyers linked to NapsGear, according to an Anticoruptie.md investigation.
Fake sites are a separate risk. The store's representative said in June 2025 that the store's original domain is the only real one, and a copycat store was running at naps-gear.org on 30 September 2026. Full details: is NapsGear legit, what happened to NapsGear, NapsGear official website, NapsGear Reddit, NapsGear vs Pharmacom and Ask an IFBB Pro.
NapsGear is a working store that ships most orders and holds 94.0 out of 100 from 13,677 Eroids reviews. That score is shaped by coupons of up to 40% for positive reviews, and the store has a 2015 data breach and a long complaint history. It also sold a bad Ultima batch in 2026 and reshipped after a public complaint.
The official site is the store's original domain, registered in February 2010; we do not print the full address to avoid advertising it. A store representative stated in June 2025 that the store's original domain is the only real one. Look-alike domains exist, including a copycat store at naps-gear.org with a hyphen, which was online on 30 September 2026. Type the address yourself.
Register on the NapsGear website, add products and check out, then follow the payment instructions on your order page. Payment pickup takes 3 to 4 business days and shipping follows within 5 working days. Shipping costs $25 per brand, and each brand arrives as a separate package from its own warehouse.
NapsGear does not publish an owner or address. Its FAQ says brands ship from their own warehouses, and its Shipping Locations menu lists stock shipped from the USA, Europe and Asia. A 2016 Moldovan investigation linked the store to Geneza Pharmaceuticals through buyer reports and one commentator, without official confirmation.
The FAQ gives 7 business days for domestic US delivery after shipment and up to 35 working days for international orders. Adding payment pickup and processing, a domestic order often takes about three weeks from payment. The store asks buyers to allow 30 days in transit before treating a package as lost.
The help desk lists bank wire (USA only), card payment, Venmo, Zelle, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero, USDT, Western Union and MoneyGram, all in USD. The FAQ gives a shorter list and says cards are not accepted, so follow the instructions shown on your own order page. Crypto and money transfers cannot be reversed.
