Beligas Pharmaceuticals Review: Tests, Stock and Risks
Beligas review: origin claims, product range and prices on NapsGear, the 2026 zero-testosterone batch, Domestic Supply replacements and buyer checks.
Beligas in Short
Beligas Pharmaceuticals is an anabolic steroid brand sold through online stores, best known in the US through Domestic Supply and NapsGear. Its product names are easy to spot: Cypo-Testosterone, Etho-Testosterone, Acro Trenbolone, Anavar-Lite and Creto-Provirion, sold in dark brown glass vials with holograms and a scratch-off code checked on beligas.org. "Beligas" gets about 720 searches a month in the US, according to Semrush data checked in September 2026.
In any Beligas review written today, 2026 is the turning point. Until then, buyer tests we could find were broadly in line with labels. In March 2026 a buyer posted a Janoshik result of zero testosterone in a Beligas cypionate vial, and Domestic Supply, its main seller, acknowledged a problem with one batch each of Beligas testosterone enanthate and cypionate. By 30 September 2026 all 66 Beligas listings on NapsGear showed "Coming Soon."
Beligas Test Cyp 200, lot C942002, measured 0 mg/ml at Janoshik in March 2026; GCMS found MCT oil and vitamin E.
This Beligas review covers where the brand comes from, what it sells, the 2026 batch problems and what buyers can check before using a vial.
Where Beligas Comes From
Nobody has shown where the brand is made. We found two conflicting claims. An affiliate review site describes it as an Eastern European brand active since about 2015. A moderator on Evolutionary.org called it a licensed pharmaceutical company in Belgium in December 2024, without any registration or licence to back it up. We could not access beligas.org, which blocks automated visitors, and found no company registration in public sources. Its origin should be treated as unknown.
What is documented is how it is sold. A Domestic Supply team member has called Pharmaqo and Beligas the store's "flagship brands" on Evolutionary.org. NapsGear lists it in its Brands menu and under both US and Asian shipping. Forum buyers also mention OSGear and several smaller shops.
A long-running forum theory holds that this brand, Ultima Pharmaceuticals and Nakon Medical come from the same factory and are rebranded. A MESO-Rx thread in March 2026 repeated it. We found no proof either way, although Ultima and Nakon do share 21 identical product names and prices on NapsGear.

Beligas Lab Tests: Before and After 2026
Published test results for Beligas Pharmaceuticals split into two periods.
Before 2026, the buyer tests we found were within the range most buyers accept. The clearest example is a blind Janoshik test posted on Evolutionary.org in August 2025: Beligas Proviron 20 mg bought from Domestic Supply measured 19.55 mg, almost exactly on label.
In 2026 two problems surfaced within days of each other:
- 1**1 March 2026.** An Eroids member who bought from OSGear posted Janoshik results for Beligas Test Cyp 200, lot C942002: zero testosterone, and a GCMS scan showing MCT oil and vitamin E. OSGear refunded the whole order.
- 2**10 March 2026.** After a February thread in which a buyer said Beligas Test E from Domestic Supply had no effect, a Domestic Supply representative posted that "there is a problem with one batch of Testo E Beligas and also one batch of Testo Cyp" and that affected buyers would get replacements.
The pattern matches what Ultima Pharmaceuticals announced about its own testosterone batches at the same time: carrier oil and vitamin E where the active steroid should have been. Whether the two share a raw material source is not known.
What This Means for Buyers
A vial with no testosterone is not only a waste of money. A buyer who relies on it while running other compounds can end up with very low testosterone and estrogen, and one MESO-Rx member described exactly that on 450 mg a week of a bad batch. Anyone using testosterone from any underground brand has reasons to get blood work, and a lab test before a long cycle.
Practical steps for this brand specifically:
- 1Note the lot number on every vial. Lot C942002 of Test Cyp 200 tested at zero.
- 2Check the scratch code only on beligas.org, the address printed on the box, never a link from a seller.
- 3Keep order numbers and photos. Both OSGear and Domestic Supply replaced or refunded bad batches, but only for buyers who could show what they received.
- 4Treat a heavily discounted offer in late 2026 with suspicion, since the main stores had little or no stock.
How NapsGear handled a similar bad-batch case with Ultima in March 2026 is described in is NapsGear legit.
Frequently Asked Questions
Beligas is a real brand with a track record of on-label tests, such as Proviron 20 mg measuring 19.55 mg in 2025. In March 2026, though, a Beligas Test Cyp 200 lot tested at zero testosterone, and Domestic Supply acknowledged bad batches of Beligas enanthate and cypionate. Check lot numbers and test when possible.
No public source shows it. An affiliate site calls it Eastern European and active since about 2015, while a forum moderator claimed in 2024 it is a licensed company in Belgium, without evidence. We found no company registration. Treat its origin as unknown and rely on product tests instead of origin claims.
Beligas Test Cyp 200, lot C942002, expiring 11/30, measured zero at Janoshik in a result posted on 1 March 2026. A GCMS scan showed MCT oil and vitamin E. The buyer had ordered from OSGear, which refunded the full order. Domestic Supply separately acknowledged one bad enanthate and one bad cypionate batch.
NapsGear has not explained it. On 30 September 2026 all 66 Beligas listings showed "Coming Soon," as did every Pharmaqo, Nakon Medical and Ultima listing, while Geneza still had its injectables in stock. The gap followed the March 2026 bad-batch reports for Beligas and Ultima testosterone.
On NapsGear on 30 September 2026, Beligas Cypo-Testosterone 250 was listed at $81, Etho-Testosterone 300 at $87, Deca-Durabolin 300 at $117 and Anavar-Lite 10 at $144, all marked "Coming Soon." NapsGear adds $25 shipping for each brand in an order.
Forum members have long suspected it, and a MESO-Rx thread repeated the claim in March 2026, but no one has shown proof. What can be seen is that Ultima and Nakon share 21 products with identical names and prices on NapsGear. Beligas uses its own product names and packaging.
