Beligas Testosterone Review: Cypo, Etho and the 2026 Lots
Beligas testosterone review: Cypo, Etho, Propha and blends with NapsGear prices, label facts on cypionate, the zero-testosterone lot C942002 and checks.
The Beligas Testosterone Line
Beligas sells more testosterone products than most underground brands. On NapsGear's US domestic pages, checked on 30 September 2026, the line included single-ester cypionate, enanthate and propionate, a suspension, a four-ester blend and several high-concentration mixes. All of them were marked "Coming Soon," as was every one of the 66 Beligas listings.
Beligas testosterone also sits at the centre of the brand's worst news. In March 2026 a Beligas Cypo-Testosterone 200 vial from lot C942002 measured zero testosterone at Janoshik, and Domestic Supply acknowledged a bad batch each of Beligas enanthate and cypionate. This review covers what each product is, how it compares with pharmacy testosterone and what buyers should check.
Pharmacy testosterone cypionate in the US comes at 100 or 200 mg per ml, according to the Depo-Testosterone label. Beligas Cypo-Testosterone 250 is stronger than either.
Anabolic steroids are prescription-only or controlled in most countries. Nothing here is a recommendation to use them; the dosing figures below come from the FDA-approved label for medical use.

The range also includes Supra-Testosterone 400 and 500 and several blends with trenbolone, nandrolone, boldenone or drostanolone. Product names come from the NapsGear listings; the ester makeup of the blends is taken from their names and was not confirmed on a label we could read.
Concentrations of 300 mg per ml and above are well beyond pharmacy products. Some users link high-concentration testosterone to more injection pain; that is a user report, not a measured finding.
Cypionate or Enanthate?
Beligas sells both of the long esters used in medicine. The Depo-Testosterone label, for testosterone cypionate, gives a half-life of about eight days after intramuscular injection and a replacement dose of 50 to 400 mg every two to four weeks for men with low testosterone. Enanthate behaves similarly in practice, which is why forum users treat Cypo-Testosterone and Etho-Testosterone as interchangeable at the same weekly dose.
Two differences matter more with Beligas than the ester:
- 1**Concentration.** Cypo-Testosterone 250 holds 25% more testosterone per ml than a 200 mg/ml pharmacy vial, and Etho-Testosterone 300 holds 50% more. A buyer switching from a prescription must recalculate volumes.
- 2**Lot history.** The only publicly named zero-testosterone lot, C942002, is a cypionate. Domestic Supply said it had one bad batch of each ester.
The label also advises storing the product at 20 to 25°C, protected from light, and says warming and shaking the vial should redissolve crystals formed in the cold. The same applies to any oil-based testosterone.
Beligas Testosterone Tests
Published results for Beligas testosterone are few, and the strongest one is negative. That matters because testosterone is usually the base of any cycle, so a bad vial affects everything else a user takes with it.
- 1**1 March 2026, lot C942002, Cypo-Testosterone 200.** A buyer who ordered from OSGear in December 2025 posted Janoshik results showing zero testosterone. A GCMS scan found MCT oil and vitamin E. OSGear refunded the whole order.
- 2**February and March 2026, Domestic Supply.** A buyer reported Beligas Test E from Domestic Supply had no effect after four injections. On 10 March 2026 a Domestic Supply representative wrote that "there is a problem with one batch of Testo E Beligas and also one batch of Testo Cyp" and offered replacements. No lot numbers or lab results were posted in the thread.
We did not find a buyer-funded Janoshik test of a Beligas testosterone product that passed with a published number. An affiliate review site lists earlier passing tests, but without enough detail to check who paid. Given the 2026 events, a lab test or blood work before a long run is the only way to know a vial is dosed.
A vial without testosterone can leave a user with very low testosterone and estrogen if it is the base of a cycle. A MESO-Rx member described that outcome in March 2026 on 450 mg a week from a bad lot.
Checks Before Using Any Beligas Testosterone
- 1Record the lot number and search it on Eroids, Evolutionary.org and MESO-Rx. Lot C942002 is known bad.
- 2Run the code check on beligas.org, typed yourself. The Beligas verification guide explains what each result means and why a valid code does not prove the dose.
- 3Look at the oil. A clear, particle-free liquid is expected; the bad Ultima enanthate batch of 2026 was described as "water clear," so clarity alone proves nothing.
- 4Keep photos and order records. Sellers replaced or refunded bad lots in 2026 for buyers who could show them.

Frequently Asked Questions
Some of it has not been. In March 2026 Beligas Cypo-Testosterone 200 from lot C942002 tested at zero testosterone at Janoshik, and Domestic Supply acknowledged one bad batch each of Beligas enanthate and cypionate. We found no published passing buyer test with numbers, so a lab test or blood work is the only way to be sure.
Cypo-Testosterone is testosterone cypionate, sold at 200 and 250 mg per ml; Etho-Testosterone is enanthate at 300 mg per ml, with a 450 mg per ml version also listed. Both are long esters. The Depo-Testosterone label gives cypionate a half-life of about eight days, and users treat the two as interchangeable at the same weekly dose.
On NapsGear on 30 September 2026, Cypo-Testosterone 200 was listed at $75, Cypo-Testosterone 250 at $81, Etho-Testosterone 300 at $87 and Propha-Testosterone 100 at $66. All were marked "Coming Soon" and could not be ordered. NapsGear adds $25 shipping per brand in an order.
The publicly named lot is C942002, Cypo-Testosterone 200, expiring 11/30. It tested at zero testosterone in a result posted on 1 March 2026, with MCT oil and vitamin E found by GCMS. Domestic Supply mentioned bad enanthate and cypionate batches without posting lot numbers.
Beligas does not publish storage guidance we could read. The FDA label for pharmacy testosterone cypionate says to store it at 20 to 25°C and protect it from light, and that warming and shaking the vial should redissolve crystals formed in the cold. Oil-based testosterone generally follows the same rules.
No. Pharmacy testosterone cypionate in the US is sold at 100 or 200 mg per ml, according to the Depo-Testosterone label. Beligas sells 250 mg per ml cypionate and 300 and 450 mg per ml versions, so the same volume delivers much more hormone.
