Pharmaqo Review: Products, Verification and Where It Sells

Pharmaqo review: product range and prices on NapsGear, lab tests, scratch code and UV verification, known code problems and why listings show Coming Soon.

What Pharmaqo Is and How Buyers Meet It

Pharmaqo Labs is an anabolic steroid brand sold through online stores rather than pharmacies. Most buyers meet it on two sites: NapsGear, which lists it under both US and Asian warehouses, and Domestic Supply, whose team has described it and Beligas as its "flagship brands" on Evolutionary.org. The brand runs its own site at pharmaqolabs.to, where it explains its security features. We found no founding year in its own materials, and the page carries only a 2026 copyright.

"Pharmaqo" gets about 2,400 searches a month in the US and "Pharmaqo Labs" another 1,300, according to Semrush data checked in September 2026. Much of that interest, and the reason for this Pharmaqo review, comes from two questions: is Pharmaqo legit, and can they still get it.

On 30 September 2026 all Pharmaqo listings on the NapsGear website, across five category pages, showed "Coming Soon" and could not be added to the cart.

This Pharmaqo review covers the product range and prices, the verification system and its known problems, what lab tests show, and where the brand is sold. Detailed test numbers are on our Pharmaqo Labs results page.

    Pharmaqo Product Range and Prices

The catalog on NapsGear covers the usual injectable and oral steroids plus ancillaries and some peptides. Prices listed on the US domestic page on 30 September 2026, all marked "Coming Soon":

Many listings carry a "Laboratory Tested" badge added by the store; the reports behind such badges are usually ones the store or brand commissioned, not buyer tests. AnabolicLab.com also lists reports for Testosterone-E 300, Testosterone-C 200, Trenbolone-E 200, Masteron-E 200, Halotestin 10, HCG 5000, Anavar 10 and a growth hormone product called Qomatropin, which gives a sense of the full range.

Older versions of this page gave cycle plans and blood test ranges for users. We could not trace those numbers to a source and removed them.

Is Pharmaqo Legit? What the Tests Show

Is Pharmaqo legit in the sense that its products contain what the label says? The published evidence leans yes, with a caveat about who paid for most tests.

    1. 1**Vendor-funded:** Janoshik Analytical measured 309.37 mg/ml on a 300 mg/ml testosterone enanthate (February 2024) and 212.32 mg/ml on a 200 mg/ml cypionate (August 2024). Pharmaqo sent both samples.
    2. 2**Buyer-funded:** a blind test of Primobolan 100 bought from Domestic Supply measured 89 mg/ml in August 2025. A 2023 blind test of its testosterone enanthate bought from NapsGear was reported within 10% of the label.

We found no buyer-funded test showing one of its products with no active ingredient. That puts the brand in a better position than Ultima or Beligas, both of which had batches in 2026 that tested at zero. The sample is still small, and one underdosed Primobolan shows that results vary by batch.

    Pharmaqo Verification and Its Problems

The brand lists four protection features on pharmaqolabs.to:

    1. 1A scratch-off code that buyers check online.
    2. 2A QR code that leads to the brand's website.
    3. 3Rosette lines printed into the label that show only under UV light.
    4. 4A hologram and a branded 20 mm flip-off cap.

In practice the code system has had problems. An Evolutionary.org thread that ran from December 2025 to March 2026 collected reports of codes from Domestic Supply bottles returning "not legit," and of silver scratch panels that would not come off. A Domestic Supply representative said Pharmaqo had "technical problems with their website." In March 2026 buyers were told the code sits under a label layer that peels back.

A second problem is domains. Search results show pharmaqolabs.com, pharmaqolabs.to and pharmaqo-shop.com, and we could not confirm which ones the brand controls. Fake verification pages that approve any code are a known trick in this market, so only use the address printed on your own box.

    Where Pharmaqo Is Sold

The brand reaches buyers through several stores, and the store decides shipping, support and refunds.

Why NapsGear shows no stock is not explained on the site. The same page layout shows Geneza Pharmaceuticals with 18 of 40 listings available, all of them injectables, so the gap is not store-wide: Pharmaqo, Beligas, Nakon Medical and Ultima showed nothing in stock that day, and Dragon Pharma had peptides but none of its steroids. Buyers who see a Pharmaqo product offered elsewhere at a steep discount should treat that as a warning sign rather than a bargain.

Shipping rules on NapsGear, including the $25 charge per brand, are explained in the how to buy from NapsGear guide.

    Frequently Asked Questions

The published tests lean positive. Janoshik measured 309.37 mg/ml on a 300 mg/ml enanthate and 212.32 mg/ml on a 200 mg/ml cypionate, both vendor-funded, and a buyer's blind test of Primobolan 100 measured 89 mg/ml. We found no buyer test showing an empty Pharmaqo product, but the number of independent tests is small.

Mainly through NapsGear and Domestic Supply. NapsGear lists Pharmaqo under US and Asian shipping, though every listing showed "Coming Soon" on 30 September 2026. Domestic Supply has called Pharmaqo one of its flagship brands. Several websites use the Pharmaqo name, and we could not confirm which ones the brand controls.

Pharmaqo uses a scratch-off code checked online, a QR code, UV-visible rosette lines on the label and a hologram with a branded flip-off cap. Some buyers in 2025 and 2026 found codes not working and were told the code sits under a peel-back label. Only use the website printed on your box.

NapsGear has not given a public reason. On 30 September 2026 all Pharmaqo listings showed "Coming Soon," as did every Beligas, Nakon Medical and Ultima listing, while Geneza still had injectables in stock. Earlier in 2026 Ultima and Domestic Supply acknowledged bad batches from other brands.

On NapsGear's US domestic page on 30 September 2026, Pharmaqo Anavar 10 was listed at $127, Anavar 50 at $210, Anadrol 50 at $103, Boldenone 300 at $91 and Drostanolone-E 200 at $128, all marked "Coming Soon." Shipping on NapsGear adds $25 per brand in the order.

"Pharmaqo reddit" gets about 140 searches a month, but the main steroid subreddits ban source discussion, so little usable detail appears there. Most dated reports come from Evolutionary.org, Eroids and MESO-Rx, where the main topics are verification code problems and a small number of lab tests.
