How to Buy From NapsGear: Ordering, Payment and Shipping
How to buy from NapsGear step by step: account setup, shipping origins, payment methods, delivery times, tracking, seized packages and refund rules.
What Buying From NapsGear Involves
Most questions about how to buy from NapsGear come down to three things: the store only works through an account, most payment methods cannot be reversed, and shipping rules depend on where each brand's warehouse is. This guide on how to buy from NapsGear follows an order from registration to delivery, using the store's own FAQ and help desk as the source for every rule, checked on 30 September 2026. Where the store's pages disagree with each other, we say so.
It helps to know what NapsGear is before ordering. It is a marketplace that lists third-party brands such as Geneza Pharmaceuticals, Pharmaqo Labs, Beligas and Dragon Pharma, and the FAQ says each brand ships from its own warehouse. An order with three brands can arrive as three packages from different places, with three shipping charges.
NapsGear charges $25 shipping per brand in the order. Payment pickup takes 3 to 4 business days, and shipping follows within 5 working days.
Anabolic steroids are controlled substances in the United States and many other countries. This guide describes the store's process; it does not suggest that ordering is legal where you live.
Step 1: Create an Account on the Right Site
The first step in how to buy from NapsGear is an account, which the store's help desk says is required to order. Registration on the NapsGear site asks for your name, full address, email and password, plus a captcha. Two details save trouble later:
- 1The store warns that AOL, Hotmail, MSN, ProtonMail, Windows Live and Yahoo Mail may block or filter its emails. Payment instructions and password resets go to that address, so use another provider.
- 2Support runs on a separate site, napshelp.com, with its own account. Register there too before you need it.
Check the address bar. The store's representative said in June 2025 that the store's original domain is the only real one, after a buyer paid a copycat site. Step 2: Check Where Each Product Ships From
Before adding anything to the cart, open the Shipping Locations menu. It splits brands into "Shipped from USA," "Shipped from Europe" and "Shipped from Asia," and the split changes delivery time, shipping cost and seizure risk.

Some brands, including Geneza and Pharmaqo, appear under both the US and Asia lists, so pick the listing that matches the warehouse you want. Dragon Pharma appears only under Asia. The store does not ship at all to the Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, Hungary, Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine, according to its help desk.
Check stock at the same time. On 30 September 2026 every Pharmaqo Labs, Beligas, Nakon Medical and Ultima listing showed "Coming Soon" rather than an add to cart button, and Nakon and Ultima orders carry a $200 minimum order value. The FAQ has no minimum or maximum order and suggests "placing a small order first." That advice fits anyone learning how to buy from NapsGear for the first time: a small test order shows how long payment pickup, processing and delivery take to your address before you commit more money, and it costs the same $25 shipping per brand as a large one.
Step 3: How to Pay on NapsGear
Anyone asking how to pay on NapsGear will find that the store's pages do not list the same payment methods. The FAQ names Bitcoin, Litecoin, MoneyGram, Western Union, Zelle and RIA and says credit cards are not accepted. The help desk and the Promotions page list a longer set: bank wire (USA only), card payment, Venmo, Zelle, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero, USDT on ERC20 and TRC20, Western Union and MoneyGram. What decides it is the payment page you see after checkout, since the help desk says detailed instructions appear on your order page.
Rules that apply to every method:
- 1Payments are accepted in USD only; money sent in another currency is rejected.
- 2Payment pickup takes 3 to 4 business days, and the order shows "Waiting for Approval" until then.
- 3Crypto and money transfers cannot be reversed. Card and Venmo payments may offer more recourse, but availability varies.
Some older articles, including earlier versions of this site, claimed NapsGear gives a 10 to 20% discount for paying in Bitcoin. We found no such discount on the store in September 2026. In 2018 forum members reported a 25% discount for Litecoin, which no longer appears in the store's promotions. Current discounts are listed in the NapsGear coupon codes guide.
Step 4: Shipping Time and Tracking
Once payment is picked up, the FAQ says orders ship within 5 working days, not counting weekends and holidays. From there:
- 1**Domestic US:** delivery within 7 business days of shipment. Tracking may stay inactive for a few days before updating, and a signature may be required.
- 2**International:** up to 35 working days. The help desk explains that packages pass two customs checks and that delivery "anywhere between 1 and 4 weeks" is normal.
- 3**Multiple brands:** one order ID, several packages, and a "Semi-shipped" status until all have left.
- 4**HGH:** may need special shipping at an extra $50.
Tracking links appear on the order page. The store asks buyers to allow 30 full days of transit before it treats an international package as lost. A realistic total for a domestic order, adding payment pickup and processing, is about three weeks from payment to delivery.
Adding 3 to 4 days of payment pickup, up to 5 working days of processing and 7 business days in transit, a domestic NapsGear order can take about 3 weeks from payment.
Step 5: When Something Goes Wrong
The store's policies decide what happens after a problem, and they favor the store:
- 1**Damaged or wrong items:** open a ticket on napshelp.com with a photo of the package showing the tracking label and every item received. Files over 1 MB will not attach.
- 2**Incomplete orders:** the FAQ says missing items are resent on request.
- 3**Seized packages:** wait at least 30 days, then open a ticket. A reship can follow after 4 to 6 weeks, except for high-risk destinations such as Canada, Australia, China, South Korea, South America, Africa, the Middle East, Singapore and APO or FPO addresses, which get no reship or store credit.
- 4**Refunds:** "solely at our discretion," with up to 10 business days to resolve, and no returns on generic medications.
Save your order number, payment receipt and tracking number outside the account. The help desk says orders four months or older are purged from order history. Forum threads show that disputes are often settled after a buyer posts publicly, as in a November 2025 case that ended with a refund. The full record is in is NapsGear legit.
Register an account on the NapsGear website, check which warehouse each product ships from in the Shipping Locations menu, add items to the cart and check out. Payment instructions then appear on your order page. After payment is picked up in 3 to 4 business days, the order ships within 5 working days.
Follow the instructions shown on your order page after checkout. The store's help desk lists bank wire (USA only), card payment, Venmo, Zelle, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Monero, USDT, Western Union and MoneyGram, while its FAQ gives a shorter list and says cards are not accepted. All payments must be in USD.
Not as of September 2026. We found no crypto discount in the store's promotions, despite claims of 10 to 20% on other websites. Forum members reported a 25% Litecoin discount in 2018, but it is no longer offered. Current savings come from Product of the Week, cashback credit and review coupons.
The FAQ gives 7 business days for domestic US delivery after shipment and up to 35 working days for international orders. Add 3 to 4 business days for payment pickup and up to 5 working days before shipping. The store asks buyers to allow 30 full days before treating an international package as lost.
The FAQ lists one shipping method at $25, charged separately for each brand in the order, because each brand ships from its own warehouse. An order with products from three brands pays three shipping fees. Human growth hormone may need special shipping at an extra $50, according to the store's shipping page.
The help desk lists no shipping at all to the Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, Hungary, Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. Separately, high-risk destinations such as Canada, Australia, China and the Middle East can order but get no reship if a package is seized.

Crypto is one way to go, but personally, I just stick to the credit card. Easier refunds if there's an issue. Plus, I haven't had shipping probs in my last couple of orders.

@IronKong is right on the crypto thing. But dude, for delivery, domestic can sometimes hit in like 3 days flat if you're lucky. Just make sure to check if the pack needs a signature or not.
