On 30 September 2026 the Dragon brand page listed 122 products. Peptides, GLP-1 products and Dragontropin growth hormone could be ordered. Every one of the 32 Dragon steroid listings, from Trenbolone 100 to Sustanon 270, showed "Coming Soon."
Dragon Pharma on NapsGear also ships only from Asia. It appears under "Shipped from Asia" in the Shipping Locations menu and in the Peptides section, not under US shipping, so orders take up to 35 working days according to the store's FAQ.

Also available were GHK-Cu, Tesamorelin, Sermorelin, Selank, Semax, PT-141, Melanotan 2 10 mg, Mots-C, two peptide blends sold as Glow and Klow at $180 each, bacteriostatic water and the SARM-like compound SLU-PP-332 at $108. Other SARMs such as GW501516, LGD 4033 and MK 677 were out of stock.
None of these products is approved for the uses buyers usually have in mind. Retatrutide was still an investigational drug without FDA approval in September 2026, and growth hormone and semaglutide are prescription medicines. Dragon's versions are sold outside any regulated supply chain.
The Steroid Stock Gap
The steroid side of Dragon Pharma on NapsGear was complete on paper and empty in practice on 30 September 2026. Selected listings, all "Coming Soon":

The store gives no reason on the page. The same day, every Pharmaqo Labs, Beligas, Nakon Medical and Ultima listing was also out of stock, while Geneza had 18 of 40 listings available, all injectables. Dragon steroids are still sold by other stores, and Dragon's own authentication system applies wherever they are bought. A cheap Dragon steroid offer on a site that imitates NapsGear should raise questions; the NapsGear official website guide lists the copycat domain we found.
How Long Dragon Pharma and NapsGear Go Back
Older articles on this site said Dragon Pharma has been around for more than 20 years. We found no evidence for that. The earliest dated Dragon user reviews on Eroids are from January 2013, and several of those 2013 reviews name a NapsGear domain as a supplier alongside Euroking. A reseller-type site describes Dragon as founded in 2009, but we could not confirm that the site speaks for the brand.
Forum threads from later years show buyers ordering Dragon through NapsGear, for example an Evolutionary.org thread from December 2022. The shift to peptides fits a wider pattern: Dragon Pharma's catalog now includes dozens of peptides, GLP-1 products and SARMs next to its steroids, and those are the items NapsGear kept in stock.
Early Dragon reviews on Eroids were not all positive. A February 2013 review said newer batches seemed underdosed compared with older ones, and several reviews between 2014 and 2015 described strong injection pain and swelling from Dragon testosterone products. Those are individual user reports.
Ordering Dragon Pharma From NapsGear
For buyers who still want Dragon Pharma on NapsGear, mostly peptides and growth hormone now, the store's usual rules apply:
