NapsGear describes itself as "the largest marketplace for pharmaceuticals," and its catalog is wide. The Brands menu on the NapsGear website lists 26 brands, from Alpha-Pharma Healthcare and Geneza Pharmaceuticals to Pharmaqo Labs, Beligas, Nakon Medical and Ultima Pharmaceuticals. Separate sections cover peptides, growth hormone, weight-loss products, erectile dysfunction drugs, Indian and Turkish pharmacy products and general health categories.
For NapsGear steroids specifically, the catalog and what can be bought are two different things in 2026. When we went through the brand pages on 30 September 2026, most of the store's main steroid brands showed "Coming Soon" on every listing. This guide sets out which brands were in stock, what they cost, where they ship from and what the store's "Laboratory Tested" label means.
On 30 September 2026, Geneza was the only one of NapsGear's main steroid brands with orderable listings: 18 of 40, all injectables.

NapsGear gives no explanation on its pages. The gap follows a spring in which Ultima announced four bad batches, one of them sold through NapsGear, and Domestic Supply acknowledged bad Beligas testosterone batches. Details are in the Ultima Pharmaceuticals review and the Beligas review.
Other brands in the menu, such as Alpha-Pharma Healthcare, Magnum Pharmaceuticals and Maxtreme Pharma, appear in the Best Before Sale and other sections; we did not count their full stock.

The first row is a reminder to read labels: "1-Test Cyp" is dihydroboldenone cypionate, a different compound. Other price points from the same day: Geneza GP Tren A100 at $100, GP Deca 300 at $106, Pharmaqo Anavar 10 at $127, Beligas Anavar-Lite 10 at $144 and Nakon Anavar 10 at $100.

Where NapsGear Steroids Ship From
NapsGear steroids ship from several warehouses. The Shipping Locations menu splits brands by warehouse, and the split decides delivery time and customs risk:
- 1**Shipped from USA:** Geneza, Pharmaqo Labs, Beligas, Nakon Medical, Ultima, Alpha-Pharma, Accordo Rx and others. Domestic delivery within 7 business days of shipment, according to the FAQ.
- 2**Shipped from Europe:** Deus Medical, Bioteq Labs and Euro-Pharmacies.
- 3**Shipped from Asia:** Dragon Pharma, Maxtreme Pharma, Alpha-Pharma and others, with Geneza, Pharmaqo, Beligas, Nakon and Ultima also listed. International delivery up to 35 working days.
Several brands appear under both US and Asian shipping, so the same product can have two listings with different delivery times; check which one you add to the cart. The help desk lists countries NapsGear does not ship to at all, including Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland, and high-risk destinations such as Canada and Australia where seized packages are not reshipped. What "Laboratory Tested" Means on NapsGear
Many NapsGear steroid listings carry a "Laboratory Tested" badge, and the store runs a Laboratory Tests section. Tests posted by store representatives on the IronOverload forum between October 2022 and February 2023 included Deus Medical, Sigma, Genshi and Pharmaqo products.
These are tests the store or brand chose and paid for. They show that a sample passed, not that the vial a buyer receives matches it. Buyer-funded tests tell a fuller story:
- 1A 2023 set of blind Janoshik tests funded by an Evolutionary.org member included Pharmaqo testosterone enanthate and Ultima Masteron bought on NapsGear; both were reported within 10% of label.
- 2In 2026 buyers found Ultima testosterone batches with no steroid at all, including 12 vials sold through NapsGear.

Frequently Asked Questions
The Brands menu lists 26 brands, including Geneza Pharmaceuticals, Pharmaqo Labs, Beligas, Nakon Medical, Ultima Pharmaceuticals and Alpha-Pharma Healthcare, with Dragon Pharma under Asian shipping and peptides. On 30 September 2026 only Geneza among the main steroid brands had listings that could be ordered.
No brand has enough independent tests to call it best. Pharmaqo has several passing Janoshik results, mostly paid for by the brand. Ultima and Beligas had batches with no testosterone in 2026. Geneza has tests from 2015 to 2017 only. Recent buyer-funded testing matters more than the brand name.
The store has not explained it. On 30 September 2026 every Pharmaqo, Beligas, Nakon Medical and Ultima listing and every Dragon Pharma steroid showed "Coming Soon," while Geneza injectables were available. The gap followed reports of bad Ultima and Beligas testosterone batches in early 2026.
Listed prices on 30 September 2026 included Geneza GP Test E250 at $90, Beligas Cypo-Testosterone 250 at $81, Nakon Test-E 250 at $96 and Geneza GP Tren A100 at $100. Shipping adds $25 per brand, and Nakon and Ultima orders need a $200 minimum.
NapsGear lists many brands under "Shipped from USA," including Geneza, Pharmaqo and Beligas, with domestic delivery expected within 7 business days after shipment. Dragon Pharma ships only from Asia. The store does not ship to several European countries, including Germany, France and the Netherlands.

Independent buyer tests are fewer: a 2023 blind test of Pharmaqo and Ultima products bought on NapsGear passed, while an Ultima batch sold there in 2026 contained no testosterone.
