Ultima Pharmaceuticals Review: Bad Batches and Lab Tests
Ultima Pharmaceuticals review: the 2026 batches with no testosterone or HGH, Ultima's statement, earlier Janoshik tests, verification and NapsGear stock.
Why Ultima Pharmaceuticals Is in the News
Ultima Pharmaceuticals is a steroid, peptide and growth hormone brand sold through online stores, including NapsGear, Domestic Supply and OSGear. Its website, ultimapharmaceuticals.com, calls it "the manufacturer" with "20+ years experience" and lists 23 official distributors, NapsGear among them. "Ultima Pharmaceuticals" gets about 480 searches a month in the US and "Ultima Pharmaceuticals reddit" another 210, according to Semrush data checked in September 2026.
Most of that interest now comes from one event. In February and March 2026, buyer-funded Janoshik tests found no anabolic steroid in several Ultima testosterone batches and no growth hormone in one HGH batch. Ultima then posted a notice naming four bad batches and blaming a raw material supplier. At least one of those batches was sold through NapsGear.
Ultima named four bad batches in 2026: Test Cyp MTO09779 and MTO09879, Test E MTO09662 and HGH S-TP80315. Ultima says the oils held MCT oil, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate and vitamin E instead of testosterone.
This Ultima Pharmaceuticals review sets out what happened, what earlier tests showed, how verification works and what the brand's status is on NapsGear today.
The 2026 Bad Batches, Step by Step
The problem surfaced through buyers, not the brand.
- 1**19 February 2026.** An Eroids news post reported Janoshik results of "No Anabolic Detected" for Ultima testosterone cypionate and enanthate, batches MTO09879, MTO09662 and MT009779.
- 2**Late February 2026.** OSGear, one of the sellers, relayed Ultima's explanation that "the factory provided Vitamin E for those batches with COAs of Test C and Test E."
- 3**1 March 2026.** An Eroids member posted that an Ultima HGH kit, batch S-TP80315, measured zero IU at Janoshik. OSGear refunded his whole order.
- 4**12 to 16 March 2026.** An Evolutionary.org member who had used NapsGear for 12 years reported 12 vials of Ultima enanthate from batch MT009662. After 15 days of support replies saying the case was forwarded to management, a NapsGear representative arranged a reship.
Ultima's notice, undated on its website, says the supplier's documents were for testosterone but the contents were "MCT Oil, BA, BB, and Vitamin E," states there is no health risk, tells buyers to contact their supplier for replacement, and promises testing before production and again on finished products. An Eroids summary notes that only two batches were acknowledged at first, with a third added after public pressure.
The "no health risk" claim covers the oil itself. A user who builds a cycle on testosterone that is not there can still end up with very low testosterone and estrogen, which one MESO-Rx member described in March 2026.
Earlier Ultima Test Results
Before 2026, published buyer tests showed Ultima as inconsistent rather than empty. The results we could trace:
Buyer-funded Ultima tests (Janoshik)
Test Cyp 250 mg/ml, batch MTO11551
223 to 226 mg/ml
Fall 2025
HGH 10 IU, batch S-TP81315
6.84 IU, 90% purity
Fall 2025
Clenbuterol 40 mcg, batch MTB70778
31.55 mcg
Fall 2025
Masteron 200, bought on NapsGear
Within 10%
October 2023
Test E and Test C, three batches
No anabolic detected
February 2026
HGH 10 IU, batch S-TP80315
0 IU
March 2026
The Fall 2025 results came from the same buyer who later found the zero-IU HGH, and all were bought from OSGear. The cypionate at about 90% of label and the clenbuterol at about 79% were short but not empty. The 2023 Masteron came from a blind test funded by an Evolutionary.org member across several stores.
An affiliate review site reports a wider spread from 2022, from 81% to 136% of label across eight products, but without enough detail to check who paid.
Ultima Verification and Where It Is Sold
Ultima's website says that for international shipments "each our product has a verification code proving that an item is produced by Ultima Pharmaceuticals," checked on its site. It also says its US warehouse currently ships oils without boxes, which means domestic buyers may not get a box with a code at all. A code check would not have caught the 2026 batches in any case, since they came from Ultima's own production.
On NapsGear, checked on 30 September 2026, Ultima had 118 listings across three category pages, including testosterone, trenbolone, nandrolone, orals, PCT, growth hormone and a long peptide list such as AOD 9604 and ACE-031. Every listing showed "Coming Soon," and the store requires a $200 minimum order for Ultima, the same rule it applies to Nakon Medical. Of Nakon's 56 products, 21 appear under Ultima with the same name and price, which feeds a forum theory that the brands share a source; the Nakon Medical review covers that overlap.
What Buyers Should Take From It
The 2026 episode is a clear example of how quality problems in this market get found: by buyers who pay for tests, not by brands or stores. It also shows the limits of brand statements, since the list of bad batches grew after it was first published.
Practical points for anyone holding Ultima products:
- 1Check the batch number against MTO09779, MTO09879, MT009662, MTO09662 and S-TP80315. Forum posts spell the enanthate batch both ways.
- 2Keep order records and photos. OSGear refunded in full and NapsGear reshipped for buyers who documented their case.
- 3Treat a clear vial as meaningless. The bad enanthate was described as "water clear."
- 4Where possible, test before relying on a vial, or at least check blood work early in a cycle.

Frequently Asked Questions
Ultima is a real brand listed by NapsGear, Domestic Supply and others, but its 2026 record is poor. Buyer tests found no testosterone in three batches and no growth hormone in one, which Ultima confirmed. Earlier tests showed products short of label, such as clenbuterol at 31.55 mcg of 40. Test before relying on it.
Ultima named Test Cyp MTO09779 and MTO09879, Test E MTO09662 and HGH S-TP80315. Buyers also refer to the enanthate as MT009662. Janoshik found no anabolic steroid in the testosterone batches and zero IU in the HGH. Ultima says the oils contained MCT oil, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate and vitamin E.
Ultima's notice says a raw material supplier provided documents for testosterone while the contents were MCT oil, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate and vitamin E. It states there is no health risk, asks buyers to contact their supplier for a replacement and promises testing before production and on finished products.
Yes, at least one buyer received it. In March 2026 an Evolutionary.org member reported 12 vials of Ultima enanthate from batch MT009662 bought on NapsGear. After 15 days of slow support, a NapsGear representative arranged a reship on 16 March 2026. Ultima lists the NapsGear website among its official distributors.
Not on 30 September 2026. All 118 Ultima listings on NapsGear showed "Coming Soon," and the store requires a $200 minimum for Ultima orders. Pharmaqo, Beligas and Nakon Medical listings were also all out of stock that day, while Geneza still had injectables available.
Its website does not say. It claims "20+ years experience," shows a copyright from 2015 and mentions US and international warehouses. We found no company registration or country of manufacture. Forum speculation that Ultima, Nakon Medical and Beligas share a factory has not been proven.
