NapsGear Shipping: Delivery Times, Tracking and Seizures

NapsGear shipping explained: $25 per brand, domestic and international delivery times, tracking, countries it will not ship to, seizures and reship rules.

    How NapsGear Shipping Works

NapsGear shipping has one method and several rules that surprise first-time buyers. The store's FAQ lists a single option, "First Class Shipping & Handling Fee - $25," charged once for each brand in the order, because every brand ships from its own warehouse. A three-brand order means three packages, three tracking numbers and $75 in shipping. Human growth hormone may need special shipping at an extra $50, according to the store's shipping page.

The shipping page also sets expectations with a line about experience: "After a decade of fulfilling several thousands of orders." What follows is a set of time frames that are longer than most online shops, and a policy on seized packages that depends on where you live. Everything below comes from the NapsGear website and its help desk at napshelp.com, checked on 30 September 2026, plus forum cases with dates.

NapsGear shipping costs $25 per brand. Domestic delivery is expected within 7 business days of shipment; international orders can take up to 35 working days.

NapsGear Delivery Time, Step by Step

NapsGear order timeline from the store's FAQ and help desk

    Stage
    Time given by the store
    Notes

    Payment pickup

    3 to 4 business days

    Order shows "Waiting for Approval"

    Processing

    Up to 5 working days

    No weekends or holidays

    Domestic US transit

    Within 7 business days

Tracking may stay inactive a few days

    International transit

1 to 4 weeks, up to 35 working days

    Two customs checks

Before a package counts as lost

    30 full days in transit

Then a ticket can be reviewed

Put together, the NapsGear delivery time for a domestic order is usually about three weeks from payment to delivery, and an international one can take six weeks or more. The shipping page says domestic tracking "may remain inactive for a few days" and that once active, delivery follows within 3 to 4 business days, with an expected one to two week turnaround after shipment.

For international orders, the help desk explains the wait: "There are two sets of customs for internationally shipped orders: the origin country and the destination country," and processing time "is not linear, consistent, nor predictable."

    NapsGear Tracking

NapsGear tracking runs through the order page in your account, where tracking numbers appear once packages ship. The help desk says to click the tracking number there and follow the carrier link. A few details from the store's pages:

    1. 1An order with several brands shows as "Semi-shipped" until every package has left, and each package has its own tracking number.
    2. 2P.O. boxes are accepted, but not for DHL, UPS or FedEx shipments. APO and FPO addresses are not accepted.
    3. 3A signature may be required on delivery.
    4. 4Orders older than four months are purged from order history "as a security measure," so save tracking numbers yourself.

Tracking problems are the most common complaint in forum threads. In November 2025 an Evolutionary.org member reported four orders in a row with tracking numbers that did not work. A representative said delays came from suppliers and tariffs, and the member confirmed a refund on 7 December 2025. In April 2025 another buyer's package was delivered by USPS to the wrong address; the store reshipped it within about a week of the complaint going public.

    Where NapsGear Does Not Ship

The help desk lists two separate groups of countries.

Countries with no shipping at all, "due to strict customs clearance regulations": the Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, Hungary, Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.

High-risk destinations, where orders ship but a seized package gets no reship or store credit: Canada, Australia, China, South Korea, South America, Africa, the Middle East, Singapore and APO or FPO addresses. The help desk adds that other countries may also count as high risk and that buyers agree to these terms at checkout.

The shipping page names Australia, Brazil and Canada as examples of high-risk countries. Buyers there carry the full loss if customs keeps a package. Before ordering from one of these places, it is worth reading the high-risk terms at checkout carefully, since agreeing to them removes the reship option entirely. Brands shipped from inside the destination region do not change this rule; it depends on the delivery address, not the warehouse.

    Seized or Lost Packages

For everyone else, the FAQ sets out a reship process:

    1. 1Allow at least 30 days before contacting support about a missing package.
    2. 2Open a ticket on napshelp.com, which needs its own account separate from the NapsGear website.
    3. 3A reship can follow after 4 to 6 weeks on request, including for customs holds and returns.
    4. 4Damaged items are replaced after you send a photo; incomplete orders are completed on request.

Refunds are "solely at our discretion," with up to 10 business days to resolve. Forum cases suggest that disputes move faster when raised publicly on forums where the store has a representative, such as Evolutionary.org, where NapsGear is an approved sponsor.

A seizure also has privacy implications. NapsGear lost 287,100 customer records, including addresses and purchase histories, in an October 2015 breach listed by Have I Been Pwned. The wider record is in is NapsGear legit, and the ordering steps are in the how to buy from NapsGear guide.

    Frequently Asked Questions

The FAQ gives 7 business days for domestic US delivery after shipment and up to 35 working days for international orders. Before shipment, payment pickup takes 3 to 4 business days and processing up to 5 working days. A domestic order often takes about three weeks from payment to delivery.

The store lists one method, First Class Shipping and Handling, at $25 per brand in the order, because each brand ships from its own warehouse. An order with products from three brands pays $75 in shipping. Human growth hormone may need special shipping for an extra $50.

The shipping page says domestic tracking can stay inactive for a few days before it updates. International packages pass two customs checks and can go quiet for longer. The store asks buyers to allow 30 full days in transit before treating a package as lost and opening a ticket on napshelp.com.

For most countries, the FAQ allows a reship after 4 to 6 weeks if you open a ticket after waiting at least 30 days. High-risk destinations, including Canada, Australia, South America, Africa and the Middle East, get no reship or store credit, and buyers accept those terms at checkout.

Partly. The help desk lists no shipping at all to the Netherlands, Finland, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, Hungary, Austria, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Switzerland, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. Other European countries are not on that list, and some brands ship from European warehouses such as Deus Medical and Euro-Pharmacies.

Yes, according to the FAQ, but not when the package goes by DHL, UPS or FedEx. APO and FPO military addresses are not accepted. A signature may be required on delivery, so an address where someone can sign avoids missed deliveries and returns.
